Consider the following....
When this panel of 3 experienced Patent Attorneys review the brief submitted by Ropes & Grey and after looking at the ridiculous ruling of the judge in the SA case....I would not be surprised if they ruled in StrikeForce's favor immediately and dismissed the case as a waste of time granting StrikeForce triple damages!
Without anything left for the remaining lawsuits to use for a defense, they would be forced to settle immediately or face paying triple damages. This would put $100's and $100's of millions into StrikeForce's bank account!!! Also, this would put FEAR into the remaining dozens of infringing companies and start an avalanche of businesses licensing and paying StrikeForce for their infringement. At this point, the possibility is mind boggling, "Share buy back program", "dividends" "Extreme interest in StrikeForce", yes the Sky is unlimited!
Now if the above happens, I change my 110% to 1110% !!!
Side point, Keep in mind that with each settlement, where any infringer continues to use StrikeForce's Technology, this will also result in increased revenues.
Yes, the future is bright and there are a lot of other things to consider too!
