And Hurricane Billy's plan is a time tested penny stock carnivore's plan. Demonize the CEO and/or Chairman. Accuse them of self-dealing, covering up incompetence, and other penny flip favorites such as taking the company private. And its not just Hurricane Billy. Johnny_C and the TAUG thugs he has hired to parrot his posts are other examples. Jail time, FBI investigations, SEC actions are the tools employed by these types.
The outcome? Billy is electing himself as the "savior," taking over the BOD or pitting BOD members against each other, all in an effort to manage the stock trading and stock price. America's prisons are full of these types. Remember Ron Kelly? Others, who aren't in prison, have to lay so low that they live with worms. Think Bob Cox.
And what happens if shareholders, oh those innocent shareholders, won't come to Hurricane Billy's aid? Well then the "Billy" tortured personality will determine that his investment is lost and the only thing left is to set fire to the company, burning it, its shareholders, its detractors, and its management to the ground.
Ron Kelly and Bob Cox, and Kelly's henchman Bob Ellis, were sooo much better than Hurricane Billy.
All totally IMO, but my past experiences serve me well.
