Bottom line is SB inherited a disaster of a shell, and is trying to fix it.
Yes, we should have been made aware of this and now he has egg on his face.
The numbers are great and we are growing ten-fold. The issue here now is the investor who feels used by SB's tactic. I can't agree with how he handled it and how it all played out, but I do believe he had a best interest in mind taking the path he did. He had a letter prepared and put it out after everyone cried fowl.

Today the bears and bulls are going to war on the ONCI battlefield. I think the bulls are going to take advantage of the bears in the AM. Early sell-off followed by a frenzy of buying. Q1 is only 45 days away. The audit IS happening (no Mazars didn't quit Q-tarder-Q). We have confirmation of that now.
Yeah, I'm a glass half-full kinda person. I still LOVE the company and what SB has accomplished in less than two years. Just think what the next two years will bring. I can wait that long to make hundreds of thousands.
