I don't think anyone is whining. I think legitima

I'm not flipping on ONCI and I'm not going to do what those criminals at iHub do and start bashing the shit out of this ticker. I am still invested in this company and until a major disaster pending, I'm not withdrawing from it. All I'm asking is for Steve to either follow through on his claims, or inform us ahead of time what we should be expecting. If he would've informed us that FINS released today will not be audited, then I think most of us would agree that we would still be here because at the very least he is being upfront with us and wouldn't have to put out a letter of explanation after the fact.
I am willing to wade through the rough waters. I know this is OTC land where anything can happen, information is most times limited, and not every regulation has to be followed by the book, but he needs to be the example we have come to know him as when it comes to a leader in the company. Companies like this are under a microscope every minute of the day and while we fight with literally everyone to stay afloat, you can't give those who wish to bring us down free ammo at our expense.
Sure the old company and ceo dropped the ball Zadie, but this is definitely something we could've been made aware of long ago. Lastly, regardless of revenues and contracts, nothing is 100% legitimate until its on paper in an audited FIN otherwise it's just one person in the company giving us his numbers on the books. This is business and nothing personal to anyone, but Steve doing the numbers and the books and not giving us audited FINS in which he stated they would be made available is NOT good business. If it's such an issue, then maybe he needs to consider taking on a CFO.
In simpler terms, if you know you can't get audited FINS, don't tell us that you are going to get audited FINS until you know for a fact it's happening. Stop telling us something when you don't know if it's going to happen. We are all big adults. We can handle a little disappointment when things aren't working out according to plan, but it looks so much better in the long run.
Also, it's part of our jobs to be able to question motives or moves. It helps to keep everything in check. If I have a major concern about something, I definitely would like to have an explanation why some things are happening.
