Yes, I meant the 93% that is not recycled. That is my point. Most of the unrecycled plastic is not easily accessed. There may be lots of it, but it will take major policy changes to make it available to JBI.
I compared it to the tons and tons of plastic in the Pacific Garbage Patch. There may be a lot of it, but there is little to no chance that it will ever be collected because most of it would be too costly, if not impossible, to collect.
