So what? The audited FINS get pushed back another 3 months? Isn't the old CEO on the board? I mean, it's not like Tim is in hiding. You've had all of this time to contact him and get the info you needed and if you contracted with Mazars, they would've told you the same at the moment you signed them up to represent you. "Get the info from the old CEO. You're going to need that."
