I'm with ya on that's a "Cover Your Ass" letter, I just think it was drawn up or at least outlined prior to this JMO. Berman had to know the heat He was gonna catch IMO.

Now If Berman cares about the Company he sends it out, after a few days everyone's settled down.

If Berman doesn't care, it is what it is, and there is no letter, JMO
