I've been hesitant to toss this out there but here it goes remember just my opinion.
What the heck is going on with share price all of a sudden.
I think they noticed that there maybe a shortage of shares early 2018, or some share structure issue and there going to take advantage of it hoping nobody noticed .
that's the gist of it..........
