$PSGR NOTE.....The 2017 Audit is supposed to be competed by MARCH of 2018....could this be THE END of THE FIRST QUARTER OF 2018 and another method of stalling any REAL ACTIVITIES at the claim/mine sites??? "Pershing Resources is awaiting the results of its Financial Submittal to the SEC blah blah blah....We anticipate a response within the next 12 months." I can then foresee an "OOPS, we did not include the XXXXX and this will delay the response by the SEC another 6 months or so".
The submittal to the SEC (IF I remember correctly) requires a thorough financial review for the PRIOR TWO YEARS. Could this Financial Review have been what has been holding up the REQUIRED submittals to the SEC...Y'Know, the Financial Review that was part of the AGREEMENT with Blackridge Investment for the (up to) Million Bucks?
IF this IS the paperwork, WHY has Pershing Resources sat on its hands for so long????? What was wrong or missing that the 'other' Auditing Firm could not get the paperwork through for, say, 2016 and 2017.....or 2015 and 2016??????
