I have no idea if Berman is going to release audited financials today. But keep this in mind. He has repeatedly promised Jan 31, 2018 as the date. If he fails to deliver with anything less than audited financials by Mazar today, he completely loses whatever he has left of his reputation and no one will ever believe him again. The reputation of the permabulls here would also be shattered and no one will believe in them again.
I don't Think that is going to happen. I THINK YOU WILL SEE THOSE AUDITED FINANCIALS AFTER THE CLOSE TODAY..
After the financials get released you will likely see several responses.
1) everyone will have claimed to have a long position
2) People will complain that the filing only covers the period thru 10/31/17. Usually there is a subsequent events section in the filing

3) The revenue numbers may not be exactly what people expect since On4 may not have become a majority owner of Cogosense because they hadn't fully paid the purchase price yet.
4) The sell on the news part. We know what the news will be. It's either news about getting financials or not getting financials. I've braced myself for a sell on the news reaction for BOTH scenarios although admittedly the downside pressure will be much greater if no financials are received.
As far as todays PR with US Warranty, Berman has basically PR's his tweets that he has been making since early December. The USW CEO signed that sales agreement on 12/11/17 and we've seen additional tweets that led some to initially tink they were selling units in late December, then early January, then we find out they just received units a week or so ago. So todays PR formally makes the tweets a reality. Perhaps shareholders should add 60 days to anything Steve tweets as happening immediately whenit comes to revenue.
