I don't know why anybody would still be shorting t

I don't know why anybody would still be shorting this stock? I can understand that shorts are having a hard time covering, But continuing to short the stock when there is funding in place to expand? This means that you would have to expect for the stop to go under $0.02. I don't think anybody thinks that's where it's going!
