Yes that was a dumb analogy by the SA Attorneys and Judge with agreeing! We know there were no computers/servers/mobile devices back in the Roman times or even WWI! Which is part of SFOR IP methods/processes.
I couldn't stop laughing at the Judge and SA Attorney's when I read that BS!
There's just no way that will hold up in FED courts of appeal! And we have already went down the PTAB process. IMSO -- will be very surprised if it takes a year!
