Appreciate your feedback! Yes, I feel this gives us some monetary freedom we did not currently have... I just hope the lender does not convert on their loan right away. Hope they see what us shareholders see and hold off for some time before converting.
Either way I believe this can be a good venture in the end. It allows EVIO to work and potentially build without on hand cash worries in the near term until they are totally cash positive!
