$PSGR January 30, 2018 After Market Close. Today this Board has had over 2200 visitors (so far/6:30 PM East Coast Time). Another Terrific Day as interest with this Board continues to hold.
Think about this: A company has been in existence for 20+ years. Its stock remains in the LOW SINGLE DIGIT PENNY range for years. The company issues very few Press Releases BUT continues to indicate that it is on the cusp of doing 'something' that will possibly provide a Return on Investment. Then Silence. Nothing occurs. Every few years investors are entertained with the possibility of the 'Latest & Greatest Technology' that may, could possibly, hopefully provide a marketable and profitable product if & when it is finished and fully vetted through the R&D Process. Then Silence. Nothing occurs.
The Company then notes that it is working with an investment firm that will provide a relatively large sum of money for specific collateral/stock/options. Investors are pleased that the Press Release indicates that this arrangement has a better than average possibility of completion. Then Silence. Nothing occurs.
The Company issues more Press Releases that project an image of Corporate Expansion. More mining claims/ mine sites are added to the company portfolio. Mention is made of existing and, now, company owned mining equipment that can immediately start production of precious metals. Then Silence. Nothing occurs.
The Company maintains its silence, with respect to actual production of PROFITABLE and MARKETABLE products BUT announces it has hired consultants and auditors. Prior to the announcement of each hiring, the company had noted the expertise/experience of its own employees who had 'years of experience' in both fields. Payments are made and apparently, continue to be made to individuals/companies who have the same expertise/experience as existing employees. There appears to be an over abundance of Individuals with 'Executive' experience yet no one who can execute something as simple as a Press Release that tells investors AND potential investors where the money goes or what is actually occurring within the company and the claims/mine sites. Personnel hired. Then Silence. Nothing occurs.
OVER 2,200 potential investors to the company. The Company remains SILENT. NOTHING occurs.
I am POSITIVE that, in this case, Pershing Resources' SILENCE IS COSTLY.
