Both cases being dropped was not an assumption, it's a fact and there are dockets to prove it. (see below)
Both parties agreed to dismiss their cases, what else do you call that?
On the other hand you chose to ignore what had been presented and available facts (officially and unofficially) and just hoping for some more meat.....that I call, dreaming.
You can prove me wrong after seeing the 10k in April if you wish, how about that?
