Lumberg, your post regarding MMTE seems honest and truthful, and I find no fault with it. I would guess if you posted the same thing on Icrap, the people in charge would delete the post within minutes. If you remember, I quoted passages from the Mining Handbook about the costs and time required to bring a new copper mine to production (that assumes MMTE/TTXP actually had a copper mine, which they do not), and that post was also deleted within minuts. This is why I continue to say that while William is no doubt a scum bage, the people in charge of the Google and Icrap boards did the actual damage to so many shareholders. I contacted the actual concession holder for this property in Canada William claims to have an MOU with, and he said he did have talks with William, but no money had changed hands as of that time. So the PR stating that William had a MOU was actually false. An MOU is the lowest form of legal agreement, and does not carry the same weight as an LOI or other legal documents. So, this too may not be anything shareholders can go after William for. In addition, if William today made even a token payment, he could claim to have an MOU or even a LOI and would be legal to PR it.
