That wasn’t my question. Since lawyers reference other cases all the time, they can learn how Byrne exposed naked shorts so small companies like IPIX don’t need to spend $20M to sue. Also Dilorio seems to know where Knight is hiding the evidence. If Dilorio’s allegation is true, why didn’t IPIX and every company on the FINRA list sue Knight?
