Francois JAN 31 is when CEO would need to file an extension
if the FINS are not filed then. Please use some common
sense when the CEO has repeatedly stated the FINS
will be released by JAN 31 guess what HE KNOWS
what he's talking about !
IF there was any issue not getting the FINS released
on JAN 31 we would have heard about it by now.
