My post on idiot hub. People criticizing Kay’s performance. Geez they are dumb. They would argue with Moses about the 10 commandments!
“Yes I did. Look, i was a technical director and producer in tv news here in the d.c area. So let me fill you in in something. YOU DONT LOOK INTO THE CAMERA UNLESS CUED TO IT! In a taped production you won’t do that unless the director tells the floor director to cue you to the camera. Also, a guest is not accustomed to doing it do it wouldn’t look natural. Kay was having a back and forth with the host. Not the audience? Know why? Because they was no studio audience and ......it wasn’t an infomercial! It was an INTERVIEW! Hence the format!
