Yep, that kind of spoofing is EXACTLY what many of us have noticed and mentioned here on the message board with IPIX "Level 2." One time there was supposedly a big sell order for 70,000 shares -- when one of our members put in an order at that price level, the big buy order was instantly withdrawn and he didn't get filled. I've seen many other similar examples.
