Mr. Kay setup a great deal with CSI/ACS, and yes another brilliant move by the retired JPM Chase Exec!
Until September 30, 2020, even if the Asset Purchase Promissory Note is paid in full, SFOR gets 15% for GID/MT and 20% /PID, of ACS net sales.
After 30 SEP 2020 and promissory note paid in full, it's actually 15% of 1/2 / 50% PID net sales. And GID/MT ACS net sales to SFOR are terminated.
However, SFOR can still sell GID/MT, but then pay ACS 15% for GID and MT.
