John Cesario is a bully, a threatener of children and described by one of his closest associates, "dumb as a rock." He has threatened Federal judges in writing, done jail time for threatening an entire family, with special attention paid to the children in that family. But because he is dumb all he can do to harm my investment is to put together a team of thugs who originally protected TAUG to the death, and use message boards to libel and slander Mr. Berman, his wife and his son. John Cesario is exactly how he is described in the Rhode Island court papers. A sick man.
But Hurricane Billy from Long Island, NY aka Hopefull17 / billdecn / AC143 is nearly as bad. I was given a copy of what he calls his background papers, and I drew the same conclusion as the DECN BOD, the DECN IR consultant, and several long standing DECN employees, that is --- there is nothing in Hurricane Billy's background that would indicate he would be of any help at all if he were elected to the BOD. He has no healthcare background, no medical device background, no regulatory experience in his background, no in-vitro diagnostics background or understanding.
Further, as everyone has seen since he was told "NO THANKS," if there is nothing he can do to help the company, what can he do if elected to the BOD. The universal conclusion was that he would move quickly to create an internal firestorm and replace the current BOD and Mr. Berman and then focus solely on the stock price with every means at hand. It was like staring at Ron Kelly in his jail cell in Illinois. Hurricane Billy wanted to join the BOD not to help in sales and marketing. He has never done that at a company in DECN's industry. No, what Hurricane Billy wanted to do was to gain control of the stock in an effort to rapidly improve the stock price, and then to sell his own (over bought) holdings and then disappear into the night.
By the way, just as an aside, Hurricane Billy wanted to take over this message board and be the warden moderator, turning this message board into a maximum security prison. I guess the Hangout Admins told him NO! Hurricane Billy doesn't like to hear NO!
I have seen lots of the Hurricane Billy type of self-serving gavones in my lifetime. I have been a victim of it more times than I can count. Hurricane Billy is now exactly where we want him. He's on a worthless message board and all pizzed off at the DECN world --- and me.
