"IMO, DECN needs a Board of Directors that has more than 2 people of which one is Berman, the DECN CEO. The current BOD lacks numbers as well as the necessary skillset in marketing, sales, ecommerce, PR, etc. and execution. 1. Messrs. Berman and Jagunich together have 85 years of experience in the in-vitro diagnostics industry.
2. Both of these men have skills sets different than AC143 / billdecn who's only claim to a skill set is that he was a U.S. Marine. P.S. so am I, but I went out and laid claim to a real skill set.
