ONCI rallied to .008+ in 3 days from this exact level on
DEC 12-14 and it did it on NO NEWS !!!
This time around in 3 more trading days will be JAN 31
and ONCI will be releasing its RECORD REVENUE ANNUAL
REPORT + CEO SB releasing more great NEWs.
It only takes a little common sense to realize an
AMAZING RALLY is going to begin NEXT WEEK
and imo will continue all the way to a MAJOR HIGH
by MAR 15 !!
