Strongly agree! What I saw happen with Zopad (West) '17 with Russian & Belurusian forces concered me as it did the Swedes Baltics & Finns. I don't trust Putin. Those 4,000 EUCOM troops will be the first to know, and if their smartphones remain unsecured without MT, the first to go IMHO.
