The litigation funding is for just that and not to be used for executives' compensation.
Okay, one way for them to get it in cash was to raise their salary instead but that action would have brought more scrutiny from shareholders, don't you think?
I don't want to and intend to get into this further.........just thought that was funny b/c you seem to be wearing rose colored glasses no matter what.....
