Good you know the difference in permits. You and your P&D company still won't get one in the state of Florida. Ever. So best you pretend you don't want one.
SFRX will get everything they need, and then some!
And your wreck is from the 1830s? So it won't be a BIG treasure wreck like what SFRX is going after, you'll be lucky to find another small handful of coins.
