This is the exact post I was going to make... not only is it clearly public by nature of the FILING OF THE TRADEMARKS ON A PUBLICLY SEARCHABLE DATABASE, but there would be no reason for shareholders to dig for a SHRED of HOPE if it wasn't for nearly every past "strategic clue" vaporizing into thin air.
Weaver, I hope you don't take that drivel seriously. There's supposedly a "Massive War Chest Paid for by JNJ" that is there to handle situations like this. Or is that more vapor? And kudos to you, nonseq, for being objective in this matter.
