Level 2 on brokerage site says bid .687, ask .685, yet the trade window shows bid .68 and ask .685.
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/IPIX/quote seems a little more accurate, yet it never showed a large bid that someone told me was entered this morning. Neither did the brokerage "Level 2."
How helpful it would be if individual traders had a, um, level playing field. Thanks a lot, SEC.
