Dear shareholders. I get a lot of emails and texts that ask me to respond to "why am I still involved here".
Its very simple. I'm an investor. As an Investor, i would like to see investments do well. However, when things happen, and things change, I also step in and try to repair broken links. For example, here we had a huge army of people who filed with several agencies and someone had to answer on behalf of the company. I attempted to hire additional management and/or CEO level people who may or may not work out. But in the meantime, someone has to answer all the filings and all the regulatory agencies questions. So, whether you like me or not, I at least answer those inquiries and I pay all the filing fees such as the state, federal and all the regulatory agencies fees such as FINRA filings, and of-course the "private" companies fees and filings such as OTC Markets. Most of you, as investors such as myself, tend to express and share your dissatisfaction with me VERY publicly and with lots of accusations and innuendos. However, NONE of you have emailed me and volunteered to help the company with its obligations. ( I cover all that).
So, when the "nay Sayers" file and reports me to regulatory agencies, I have to respond. These responses usually take time and are very expensive, so who pays for that??? ME. Also, these accusations slow down our progress. In case you wonder?
Also, it seems that anyone can just post , claim and accuse me of all kinds of things.. However, the good news, and also the reason why I can print this now, is that laws , and things as well as the "interpretation" of the law changes. So now, LIBEL and Slander, and other provable offences are being considered and are seeing in a different level.
For example: some call me a "Criminal" , and a "Fraud" ....and etc... However, for ONE to BE a criminal, one would've had have a "criminal" record, so If I DO NOT...(which is the case).. the new judges and attorneys are now seeing that all these "quotes" and statements are a LIBEL. Some of you will know and notice the recent filings and charges that I initiated with losts of STATE and Federal agencies. And the good news, because I was able to prove that these people were doing this in order to manipulate our stocks and also interfere with our business, then you will see where they fall. Also, due to numerous changes in the law, and how the agencies interpret these "attacks", then you will be happy to know, that there is also a host of other issues that these people are about to face. Issues such as: 1. Terrorist acts and cyber stalking. 2. Extortion and Black Mail. 3. Libel and Slander..... And many more that myself and my attorneys are not disclosing at this time...
Here is whats great! These people, will post that I'm playing a "Victim Card" , and that "I'm trying to" blame everyone else... That is fine!
All that I want, is to optimize my investments. I want my companies to do well.
And, IF these people are posting "Factual truth", then they have NOTHING to worry about, and I'm being "paranoid".... However, IF !!!!!! I can prove, ( which i already did), that they are lying and just making up stories!!! Then that's a game over. Now. watch what we do with BM and D.L.W B..AKA Dusty...AKA .."Midwestern"..... and the rest of these people that we now know their full identities..... I hate to be crass...but there's only one way to say this!!!!!... Pay back is a BITCH! Let's roll...."
Looks like the CEO is going after the iHub "bashers" - about time. Most of them are too stupid to understand the implications of cyber law particularly since there are now attorneys specializing in it.
