Basher paint down of 130K at .0004 created an undercut ask of 129K.
Longs deliberately not bidding .0004s so as not to give opportunity for partial fill paint downs - expect them to hit .0005s at a time of their choosing to get the overall inventory up to the amount they want to trade throughout 2018 and into 2019.
