I enjoyed your link. I'm not sure if I mentioned it here or elsewhere about car computers needing encryptiion. There has been movies using plots of controling cars.
People don't think deep enough about security. How about these nannycams and whole house systems controlled by your phone. If your phone isn't encrypted the keyloggers watch you thru your own security system. They know when you come and go from your house. This is particularly scarry if it's a stocker or jealous X relationships. I have recomended SFOR to people in those situations.
I'm sorry if this post seems a bit on the serious side. I know alot of people that have had strange things happen.
