The company is required by the OTC to issue a PR when the uplifting requirement was in jeopardy.
There was two parts to the email
First was saying they violated the uplistimg rules and the second was “if market forces don’t allow the requirement to be met”, they would RS.
He had to put that out.
I feel they will have news in advance of that possibility.
