Just got off the phone with the CEO Pat Scorzelli, and confirmed he is the CEO as of today. They are working diligently with the OTC to become current reporting and then follow up with information pertaining to the direction of the company. He is a very intelligent speaking man and seemed to have a direction in mind. He did not elaborate on the direction, but did state it was coming. The MJ deal was just something he was working on as an advisor and has moved on from that venture and now he is working with us. Lets see how he does, but am very glad he picked on the 5 ring. Not bad and knows he is going to be receiving numerous calls from curious investors.
