-500,000,000 Authorized Shares (soon to be or now 250,000,000)
-Of those only 178,000,00 were actually outstanding leaving 322,000,000 that were never issued/taken
-So when reduced to 250,000,000 there will only be 72,000,000 available for the company to hold for executives leaving the company to purchase 78,000,000 more to hit the goal of 150,000,000.
-If my figures are accurate, a count of 93,000,000 of 178,000,000 is amazing as I would assume so many did not report their shares.
-If the longs are holding strong at 100,000,000 plus shares and the company is holding 150,000,000, it seems like shares are going to be a scarce commodity and much more valuable given scarcity and the business plan laid out.
I kind of get the concept that shorts are holding a lot of naked shares and may be expensive to buy em back. It seems to me that if you believe in the company and the plan going forward (which I do), the more shares us longs can accumulate and hold, the better it is for the company and it is the worst nightmare for shorts. I am continually trying to find ways to get more shares but I have been buying with money I don't have for quite some time. I now have a lot of shares and will continue to hold.
