$HIPH has 64million verified issued/outstanding shares. Newly acquired subsidiary GENTS has added revenue to $HIPH and products sold in 200 locations including Nordstrom, Saks and Bloomingdales. Fishoff has stated he has other M&A deals in the works for $HIPH. #Undervalued at current levels in my opinion. Wont be shocked to see $HIPH at 10cents per share in near future.
