I find it odd when some ask you a question directl

Onci has a distracted driving solution, however it is not the ONLY solution, nor may it be the best overall solution. It may be the best solution using an OBD device and that is where all it's patents lie. There are several other solutions out there that also provide reporting to fleet managers when the device is deactivated that are not OBD related.
The market is huge and there are plenty of ways to skin a cat. I will be impressed if Onci can continue to make sales to customers at $200-$250 per unit. My public agency clients think that price is too high an initial investment. They would much rather lease units for $8-10 per month and spread out the investment. Their thinking is that in two years time (or less) there will be technological improvements that will make existing units obsolete.
I started off with Onci as an investment and then thought I could represent their product for my clients. The lack of a response to my phone calls and texts were troublesome to me so I did the next thing anyone would do is reach out to other distracted driving app companies. I narrowed it down to two companies, mostly based upon response time, as these companies were very customer service oriented. They pick up the phone promptly, answered e-mails and texts promptly and best of all had a clear cut organization that had product in hand.
So rather than think of me as a basher, you should think of me as a someone who knows this category space better than most (not as good as some though). However I still retain my investment in Onci because there is room in this market place for more than one winner. Hopefully two in my case.

Hey Tiger, Piano makes a good point. Why do you post so negatively? Why? Does it get the results you're looking for? I know you shared that you couldn't get a call back when you were interested in the product, but, I don't think bashers deserve a call back.

All imo.
