scott, I have an idea. You obviously have no job, so you have a lot of time on your hands. Why don't you use that time and do some research. First do a simple Google search and research Lifescan vs. Pharma Tech Solutions. Then go to the Federal Circuit Site and read Judge Dyk's rulings. Fascinating reading, Then go to the SCOTUS site and read the Supreme Court's final ruling. There are tens of articles and opinions, perhaps hundreds. Even a biased person like yourself will conclude that the DECN/J&J case was famous.
When you're done, come back here and inform the newbees. The long term longs already know all about this.
