Of 146 million shares currently outstanding, only
60 million are floating. . . So here´s the math :

EIGHTY-SIX MILLION SHARES belong to Insiders
and the Company. . . Sell 20 Million of them . . .

BUT FIRST ( and here´s the stupid part ) :

SUPPORT THE SHARES THROUGH MEAN-
INGFUL and INFORMATIONAL and ACCURATE
Press Releases, raising the S.P. to 20 cents ! ! ! !

Have the Company and Insiders sell 20 million
shares ( as a gift ) for 20 cents each which is
FOUR MILLION DOLLARS .
Pershing Corporate gets the proceeds. .. That CAN
BE arranged !

The luckless and lazy and incompetent lead-
ers of this awful Company have shown them-
selfs capable of of getting PSGR to 15 cents
in the few years ago past. . . So it can be done .

Even 15 cents gets 3 MILLION DOLLARS
if 20 million shares are sold to finance mine
development.

They could do it if they released the appropriate
information that is released through a N.D. agree-
ment to insiders and potential partners.

Pershing Management Leaders (??) could do
much to (1) increase the share price to (2) sell
shares to (3) finance mine development of
initial production trial runs because (4) THEY
SAID IN PRIOR PR-s that they had acquired
the equipment - - yada yada yada yada. . ( Who
knows if they even acquired the equipment they
said they did in the Press Release ? )

They could do so if they had a work ethic,
some initiative and some imagination.

Sadly, Pershing managment(?) has none of
those.
