How bad is that post??? You don't have to buy shares to reduce the A/S. You just vote. We already voted and it is a done deal.

You have to buy shares to reduce the O/S. They are going to do that with profits.

To even mention a R/S makes me think that the poster just had a desire to bring up a subject that is moot.
