Looks like appeal over QMC's injunction toward Empire Stock will be decided on 2/12/18. Funny that Empire has taken no case against QMC, but L2/SBI insists that Empire Stock wasn't provide proper notifications, but Empire hasn't made the same complaint. Hopefully the injunction survives the appeal and allows the courts to decide on the claim of default in the Kansas and Florida cases.
