Reasonable people, posting in good faith, can disagree about things.
If I were doing something illegal, I sure wouldn't report it as a fail to deliver. I'd just stay colluding with the crooked market makers, and not report my illegal naked short.
The thing to focus on now is the FACT that IPIX has:
1) had good clinical trial results on every one of its drugs;
2) has multiple drugs in its pipeline, some of which have more than one indication, and one of which is the first new type in its category (antibiotic) since 1987
3) The CEO has stated publicly that there are non-disclosure agreements in place with major pharmaceutical companies, and furthermore that there is great interest in at least one of our drugs, because of the clinical trial results thus far.
If I were short this stock, I would be shaking in fear. I hope that the people who are short this stock are NOT fearful, because when great news hits at an unexpected time, they will be forced to cover at much higher prices than the current price.
Remember DNDN, another heavily manipulated stock, even to having Cramer announce that their clinical trial had failed when in fact it had great results --
it closed one day at 7, and opened the next day at 21.
This can happen for IPIX too.
Please, shorts, DO NOT COVER. We want to see you have to pay up when news hits. I for one will not sell you a single share.
