We are in an area that is evolving daily and changing the playing field hour by hour. I feel ya on the lack of customer service and their apparent casual approach to getting you access to your money. So, the thing right now is don't tie up monies that you need in cryto. Expect delays, expect changes and don't expect the different platforms to provide excellent service in the current climate.

I think investing in the right coin that addresses these and other issues will be the winner but it will take time.
