Many thanks for this extensive update. With money in place NTEK is no longer living on a shoe string budget to effect the needed changes to transition to the next level.
A few things that popped out for me.
1. A new accounting firm. Precursor of audited financials.
2. Caveat Emptor being addressed. Once a new CEO and Board Chairman for NTEK are elected then proper documentation to renew our OTC account can be effected. If you haven't been to the OTC site you may not be aware that all recent SHL are not posted. So unless you read this Board or NTEK website you are unaware of what is transpiring.
3. REV TV. I have always thought that a hybrid 4K/HD model could work. Now you may, after logging on to UF, be greeted by three portals to chose from: UF; Iron Dragon and REV TV. We know ID will be HD and probably REV TV. REV TV is intriguing to me. There are many good movies, often shown on TCM, documentaries, etc that are well worth watching and not being 4K is not a big deal. I often find myself looking to YouTube Vault for good old movies, tv shows, etc. Load REV TV with as much as you can get cheaply and on a subscription basis we might make a buck or two.
