WOW Look at this ! ONCI Chart is revealing a WEEKLY WHITE
Candle that 'engulfs' the previous weekly RED Candle on
HIGHER GREEN VOLUME !!!!
Why is that significant? Because if you look back at the
ONCI chart you will discover the last time ONCI did the
exact same think on the weekly chart was............
wait for it..........LAST WEEK OF JULY !!!!!!BOOM!!!!!!
Remember LAST WEEK of JULY was exactly where
ONCI began its 1000%+ run in AUG-SEPT.
Even better both this week's Weekly White Candle and

just above the 40 week moving ave !!! So technically on the
