I don't understand the "MMEX quarter" if you don't

I don't understand the "MMEX quarter" if you don't mind elaborating CEO's, what is this that is different from the fiscal quarter, Im not seeing anything on it... It wouldn't protect against a RS overall, the thinking that I was relaying from the other poster is that if it was a swap from A to B shares, the RS only applies to class A shares they mentioned in the 8k therefore not allowing the 100 mil to be split, but I think its unlikely too. Wouldn't Lemons do the same if he was holding a lot of class As too I believe...often times see insiders make the same moves at same time in my experience. Regardless, with all that seems to be going on and the company says is going on and going to happen, it would seem unlikely not to hear something significant throughout this month and February, and with a deadline of April 8th and a cure period of ten days and assuming they wouldn't wait until the last minute there is no reason to split before early or mid March but who knows...so anyway ...Hen of the woods here, though I was always partial to Oyster as well. Portabellas are nice...
