Ok thanks, I figured just not knowing specifically who's who. Well yeah all we can do is wait now, I am patient, Ive been here since they announced this in March despite looking back in hindsight that a lot of money could of been made on the ups and downs, but a lot more has happened in under a year than I thought. In looking at the bullet points in the shareholder letter, theres nothing to imply its all not moving forward by what they say right there. Im wondering if the last bullet point is part of what some are perceiving as the delay having not seen the comments filed yet? "We plan to raise equity in Q1 2018 through our equity line set out in the S-1 and through other equity raises. We plan on filing our S-1 3rd round of comments to the SEC prior to year-end. Once approved by the SEC, anticipated in Q1 2018, we plan to invest more equity in the project. Our goal is to have MMEX own as much of the equity in the project development company as possible."

By the way, on this topic, why do I keep seeing everyone saying the on different boards lately that the fourth quarter end is end of January 2018? Am I missing something here? 4th quarter by all my searches and previous knowledge ended December 31st? I thought it would be obvious that a fourth quarter in 2017 ends in 2017.
