$PSGR Until2017, good to see you back and posting! It is rather peculiar that Pershing Resources has only (ahem) Executive Management and (alleged) Consultants. Where are the Worker-Bees who understand how mining equipment works and how to run the machinery to remove the ore? Let's see, over the past 6 months or so, investors have NOT heard of any actual work going on at the various mine sites. That would account for no WORKER-BEES, so why do we continue to have all the corporate overhead IF nothing is going on?
Will the new Auditors provide ACCURATE information about salaries/benefits for the individuals in Executive Management? Will the new Auditors provide ACCURATE and current information on ALL expenditures? Will investors ever know why in 20+ years of existence Pershing Resources has NEVER produced anything?
I remain POSITIVE that AFTER 20+ years of existence, Pershing Resources has produced a PENNY STOCK with a current share price of $0.02. WOW!!! Now that's VALUE! In another 20+ years investors may look back at 2018 and may say "Almost $0.04/share. Gosh, the PENNY STOCK has almost doubled since 2018!"
The weather in Arizona has remained PERFECT for mining activities. The mine site near Kingman remains VERY accessible. After almost two full years of 'surveying/investigating' the site, everything should have been in place to begin mining the site. Oh WAIT....FUNDING appears to be an issue as investors have not received any additional information about Blackridge. Then there are those pesky permits.
When Corporate Pershing Resources STARTS providing information to investors and NOT BS; when Corporate Pershing Resources starts respecting its investors; when Corporate Pershing Resources begins actual work at a mine site; then Boards such as this one will begin to take Pershing Resources seriously. The First Quarter is about 1/3 through; by the end of the 1st Quarter, Corporate Pershing Resources should accomplish providing facts.
