Maybe a designated buyer/buyers? Arrangement between Livingston Assets, ONCI, and third party? Eliminate the debt while getting large number of shares into the right hands instead of just dropping shares onto the market. Maybe someone like Capoli, Fly Communications, or someone in one of the Dubai deals.
