Alert ! .0003 getting bought out - huge slaps on the ask up to 9M per second.
Necessary to buy out a few one-tick flippers who got .0002s from an impatient bid whacker selling for a loss a few days ago.
When .0004s were up just now, only 27M there so most who were stacking ask at end-2017 did sell for a loss and are gone.
